Company description
We are looking for a dedicated quality assurance employee (m/f/d) in the field of rail interiors who shares our passion for quality and innovation. As a quality assurance team member, you will be responsible for monitoring established quality goals, managing structured complaint handling, and planning, initiating, implementing, and controlling/following up on effective measures to ensure quality across the entire process chain. This is essential to ensure that we continue to deliver first-class solutions for our international customers in the railway industry.
Your tasks
- Conducting incoming goods, production, and process inspections
- Performing initial sample tests internally and, if necessary, at suppliers
- Internal error prevention and supplier complaint management using common quality methods and tools
- Acting as a contact person for quality-related issues and supporting internal departments in quality assurance tasks through technical methods and procedures
- Supporting and participating in qualification, process, and product audits, as well as moderating/conducting quality circles and continuous improvement projects
- Collecting, updating, and preparing quality-related data and statistics, as well as reporting on them
your profile
- Completed technical education in the metal industry with several years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment or a comparable qualification (e.g., Master, HTL, FH)
- Strong technical understanding and high quality awareness
- Experience in quality management, additional training in quality (e.g., Quality Assistant, Measurement Technology) is an advantage
- In-depth knowledge of applying quality tools for analysis and evaluation
- Excellent IT skills - MS Office, ERP (PSI-Penta is beneficial)
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

For this position, we offer an attractive full-time salary according to the collective agreement for the metal industry (minimum salary according to the collective agreement: €2,516.58). There is also the possibility of a higher salary depending on qualifications and professional experience!
