Company description
We are looking for a dedicated quality assurance employee (m/f/d) in the field of rail interiors who shares our passion for quality and innovation. As a quality assurance team member, you will be responsible for monitoring established quality goals, managing structured complaint handling, and planning, initiating, implementing, and controlling/following up on effective measures to ensure quality across the entire process chain. This is essential to ensure that we continue to deliver first-class solutions for our international customers in the railway industry.
Your tasks
- Close collaboration with the Development, Purchasing, and Production departments
- Point of contact for quality issues with customers, suppliers, and internal departments
- Handling customer and supplier complaints, as well as internal complaints (if necessary, in the form of an 8D report)
- Processing and monitoring deviation approvals from customers
- Error prevention (e.g., by creating work and inspection instructions)
- Coordination and monitoring of root cause analyses, corrective actions, and effectiveness verification
- Recording, updating, and preparing quality-related data
- Supporting the execution of qualification, process, and product audits
- Contributing to the creation and approval of technical documentation
- Supporting other departments with quality assurance tasks using quality techniques and methods
your profile
- Completed technical or commercial education (HTL, FH, university) in the metal industry or a comparable field, along with relevant professional experience
- Additional qualifications in the quality field (e.g., Quality Assistant, Auditor) are a plus
- Certification or training as a Quality System Officer/Manager is advantageous
- Proficient in using MS Office and ERP systems
- Fluent in German and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Eagerness to pursue continuous professional development and a willingness to travel domestically and internationally for business purposes
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

For this position, we offer an attractive full-time salary according to the collective agreement for the metal industry (minimum salary according to the collective agreement: €2,516.58). There is also the possibility of a higher salary depending on qualifications and professional experience!
