Company description
We are looking for dedicated and experienced assembly team members (m/f/d) in the field of rail interiors who share our passion for quality and innovation. In this role, you will contribute to the assembly of our products and play a key part in ensuring that we continue to deliver first-class solutions for our international customers in the railway industry.
Your tasks
- Assembly of products for rail interiors
- Assisting in the design of assembly workstations with a focus on efficient workflows for interior components
- Quality-oriented execution of tasks (self-inspection by workers)
- Adhering to safety, order, and cleanliness guidelines (5S)
- Quality assurance through production inspections of manufactured parts
your profile
- Completed qualification in metalworking or a related field
- Career changers are welcome
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Strong teamwork skills

For this position, we offer an attractive full-time salary according to the collective agreement for the metal industry (minimum salary according to the collective agreement: €2,516.58). There is also the possibility of a higher salary depending on qualifications and professional experience!
