Industrial Engineering

Our Industrial Engineering department plays a pivotal role in establishing production-relevant data structures within the ERP system. We assess the manufacturability of products in collaboration with our suppliers and validate new manufacturing technologies and materials. Through technology benchmarks, we ensure that we stay current with industry advancements. Additionally, we handle product costing, production planning, and work scheduling throughout the project lifecycle. We organise and coordinate prototype development and conduct data analysis and queries to drive continuous improvements.

Establishment of production-relevant data structures

The Industrial Engineering department establishes critical data structures within the ERP system and assesses the manufacturability of products in collaboration with suppliers.

Validation of new technologies and materials

The department validates new manufacturing technologies and materials through technology benchmarks to remain current with industry advancements.

Product costing and production planning

Throughout the project lifecycle, the department manages product costing, production planning, and work scheduling, organises prototype developments, and conducts data analysis for continuous improvement.
