• Correct, complete, practice-oriented and timely production specifications and ERP data for planning and calculation
• Carrying out product calculations (direct individual costs)
• Data analyses and queries
• Preparation of documents related to management systems
• Make or buy decisions
• Preparation of master data standards to eliminate duplicates and double effort due to lack
  to avoid data consistency in the data system
• Development of internal departmental procedures/processes
• Development of interfaces from and to other departments or customers and suppliers
• Know-how and knowledge transfer between suppliers and Seisenbacher
• Maintain changes in the system (purchasing data such as contact person, delivery times, etc. are not
  tended
• Item attachment
• Preparation of request packages
• Preparation of production-relevant drawings and documents (applies only to red pencil drawings and
  adhesive markings — especially for built-to-print projects)
• Preparation of assembly instructions and assembly equipment/ aids

• Technical/commercial education (BHS, FH, University, HTL)
• Knowledge of AV, industrial engineering and manufacturing technology
• Special knowledge in the area of ERP systems and data management
• Quality and project management
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Willingness to travel at home and abroad
• Project management
• Application of lean management methods
• Experience in data management or ERP systems
