Your tasks
- Placing orders according to demand planning
- Processing order confirmations
- Tracking delivery dates and managing shortages
- Assisting in complaint handling
- Collaborating closely with logistics to manage inventory levels
- Actively participating and contributing to the improvement of purchasing-related processes
your profile
- Completed technical or commercial education (HTL/HAK, FH) or comparable qualification with several years of professional experience and a strong technical affinity
- Experience in the metalworking industry or metalworking trade is an advantage
- Ability to work independently, with strong negotiation and assertiveness skills
- Team spirit and excellent communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and experience with an ERP system (PSI-Penta advantageous)
- Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken, as well as willingness to travel domestically and internationally

For this position, we offer an attractive full-time salary in accordance with the Collective Agreement for the Metalworking Industry (minimum salary €2,570.99). A willingness to offer a higher salary based on qualifications and professional experience is available!
