Employee (M/F/D) in Quality Assurance

We are looking for a dedicated employee (m/f/d) in quality assurance for train interiors who shares our passion for quality and innovation. As an employee in quality assurance, you will be directly involved in our manufacturing processes and responsible for conducting quality inspections on components and assemblies, monitoring and documenting product quality, and supporting the analysis and resolution of quality deviations. By ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards, you will make a vital contribution to delivering first-class solutions for our customers.

• Point of contact for quality-related topics and support in quality assurance activities
• Execution of incoming goods, in-process, and process inspections
• First article inspections internally and, if required, at suppliers
• Error prevention and complaint management using common quality methods
• Recording and processing of customer, supplier, and internal complaints
• Coordination, execution, and monitoring of root cause analyses, corrective actions, and effectiveness checks
• Support in conducting qualification, process, and product audits
• Participation in quality circles and continuous improvement (CIP) projects
• Specific areas of responsibility will be defined after the onboarding phase

• Completed technical education (HTL, apprenticeship) in the metal industry
• Confident use of quality tools for analysis and evaluation
• Additional qualification in the quality field (e.g. Quality Assistant, Auditor) is an advantage
• Experience in quality assurance is beneficial
• Good IT user skills (MS Office, ERP systems)
• Good German and English language skills
• Interest in further training and development
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system is an advantage
• Willingness for occasional business trips domestically and internationally

For this position, we offer an attractive full-time salary (minimum salary €2.700 gross/month). Willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and professional experience is given!
